Return Policy
At Maison Rose Calgary, we make every effort to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, there may be occasions where an item does not meet your expectations.
This policy clearly outlines the return conditions and procedure.
Return Conditions
A return request may only be submitted after the product has been physically received.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Trying on items is permitted under reasonable conditions. However, any item showing signs of wear or excessive use may result in a proportional reduction of the refund amount.
Orders deemed excessive or placed with the intention of returning a significant portion of the items may be subject to additional review.
Return Procedure
Please send your return request to contact@maisonrosecalgary.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will then receive the return address of our supplier.
The product must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
The customer remains responsible for the package until its receipt has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
Liability
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at the time of the order.
Any errors in the shipping address provided are the responsibility of the customer.
Any request to modify the shipping address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
